“Quality of the meat is second to none- stocked up with bacon and sausages for Christmas this time - along with ordering a nice piece of brisket - not cooked it yet but I know it will be the very best. Ordering and booking a slot for delivery is simple and you can always rely on the order arriving when it should. Here’s to my next order”

“We love Swaledale but asking for reviews when we have frozen the merchendise to defrost and cook when we need it is a little too early. What I will say is that so far after at least a couple of years purhasing from Swaledale no complaints whatsoever! I have reviewed some regular items. I cannot get over the Chicken breasts, enormous and really good quality!”

“The meat I buy from Swaledale Butchers is of reliable quality meat. I like their ethos of using lots of different cuts of meat and the fact that the meat arrives fresh not frozen. Their prices are comparable to others on-line and their Monthly Offers are great”

“Superb quality fresh meat. We keep coming back to the Swaledale online shop as the meat is excellent and also as some cuts and special items are not available to us locally. Especially like the range of lamb, hogget and mutton, and the Merguez sausage. Also like trying new cuts of meat and appreciate the recipes and detailed cooking instructions that are provided online. And on the odd occasion when we have had to enquire about a delivery issue the customer service has been outstanding.”

“Really great and happy with purchase. I purchased 2 x 2.2kg Porchetta and 1kg Pigs in Blankets for a meal I was hosting for 16 people. Everything was great and the tips on the website helped to make the meat taste super succelent with really crispy crackling”

“I ordered the diced venison diced pork shoulder and smoked bacon lardons to make casseroles for Boxing Day get together. I was very impressed with the quality and size of the pieces of meat. Perfect casseroles. I have had meat from Swaledale before. They will always be my first choice.”
