“I usually really like the meat provided by Swaledale and in this latest order that is still mostly true. The bacon however is very disappointing. It looks like water has been added (judging by the white bubbles and discharge while cooking) and the flavour is poor. Far below the bacon from Farmison/Gridiron/Pipers etc.”

“Great quality produce as always! I guess the only downside for us personally is how much packaging our order used. We try to reuse the silicone ice packs that come in the box, but we're always struck by how much single use plastic is used to pack the actual meat. Apart from that though, top rank 👌”

Just to make you aware, we're transitioning to a fully recyclable range of vacuum bags - whilst our previous bags were recyclable at some supermarkets, the new range will be recyclable in household recycling. “The products are great, never had any issues. The quality of very good. The only problem I have is with DPD. Their delivery is very poor. They leave packages in the wrong place or out on the street (I don’t have a porch as I live in a flat). I would pay to use another delivery company.”
