“The ham came well packaged and exactly on the time stated. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the product and was very impressed . I will certainly order again. Next time I will find an appropriate shaped pan to use. I looked up cooking guidance but I would have liked advice re boiling or roasting the ham.”

“Bought some Merguez sausages from here as I had tried a few other butchers (online and high street) but these ones were by far the best! Very tasty and moist, not dry like others I’ve tasted. Also not over seasoned and salty like others I’ve tasted. Excellent quality. Will definitely be buying my Merguez from here again.”

“Packaging was poor and split when arrived a big chunk of fat missing from point, essential for slow cooking brisket, brisket cooked dry, not good. Is this is the sort of product you supply to top restaurants as your web dictates? I very much doubt it Poor packing, sub standard product Very very disappointed.”
