“I've yet to try the goods as they only arrived yesterday, dumped in the pouring rain on my doorstep and left till I found the parcel by accident as no one bothered to ring the door bell. Needless to say the box was disintegrated.”

“I came across Swaledale a couple of years ago and loved the idea of rare breeds and regenerative farming. And I was impressed by the quality, taste and freshness of their meat. It always arrives so well insulated .. and I can use the insulation in my compost heap or green house - the range of meats and meat cuts is second to none and the the prices are similar to any good grass fed 'organic type' meat. The cooking instructions are always interesting,and very clear, and I like the fact they supply recipes as well as just the instructions. Sometimes I'm a little sceptical about how they recommend cooking a joint/ chop etc but it always turns out perfect so they know their meats and share their knowledge generously. I ordered a Porchetta at Christmas but didn't get round to cooking it till I had some friends round for lunch recently ... the crackling was out of this world delicious- and the pork and pork stuffing were wonderfully flavourful and it fed 14 people plus some left for sandwiches etc. So I would highly recommend giving them a try.. I think you will become a customer as they are the tops.”

“Good morning I’m writing to let everyone know how fantastic your pork is such a different taste to that of supermarket meat,however the pork chops were from the chump end of the loin and my personal fav is the shoulder end more fat makes flavour,but say that the chops I got were not dry and really tender great flavour 👌. I also got belly of pork I’ve not used yet but is quite lean I choose Swaledale from the pictures of pork with good fat covering,I want to add this is no way a complaint but I will definitely add a note to my next order. Thanks for a great service and delivery.”

“I made a delicious roast pork Sunday lunch for my visiting family with your beautiful loin of pork & the crackling was insanely good 😋😋 I also made pigs in blankets with your chipolatas & streaky bacon. My Yorkshire Puddings reached for the sky! My oh my, it was devoured by everyone who gave me lots of compliments. 10/10”

“I was tempted to buy the Valentines Day Rump steak for two. You can never be certain about rump but this was the best I have tasted and the added chimmichurri sauce a nice touch. The Lamb Rump is another favourite of mine, as is the Italian Sausage Meat which makes a great ragu. The delivery service is prompt and reliable”
