Ordered on the 14th of December for next day delivery paying an extra £6.20. Still don't have the item. I have contacted about this and been told when 'the item that was with DPD in a Damaged box letting the world know what I ordered' is returned to them I will be sent another item....I'm still waiting surprised there was no mention of a refund on my extra next day delivery charges though I guess I'm still expected to pay those even though its going to be closer to a month by the time it actually gets here considering I have no dispatch information and we are now on the 29th December and have new year delivery times to look forward to.

Hi Garry, I'm sorry your package got damaged in the post and was returned to us - we'll definitely look at how this particular item is packaged in the future, and file a complaint with DPD over their rough handling of it. It's arrived back with us now, and once our dispatch team has given it a once-over to make sure the item itself isn't damaged, we'll get it sent out to you again. Unfortunately, due to the extreme heat last week, Royal Mail did not make any collections on Monday or Tuesday, which has the unfortunate consequence of delaying some deliveries. Your order was collected from us on Wednesday and should be with you within 2-5 working days of it being in Royal Mail's hands - Aryn.

The delivery was late and the products were falling out of the battered box that were also damaged , clearly the delivery man with the smirk on his face knew what was in the parcel never ordering from this joke of a company again.

Hi Stefan, I'm sorry your order arrived after being damaged by the courier - if you could send us some pictures of the state the package arrived in, we can file a complaint with the courier company for their mishandling of the package and so we can see where the package failed in case our dispatch team need to perhaps take a different approach when packing certain items. - Aryn

Inside the box it was covered with white powder and lube inside it, both of the lube bottles where open so i needed to throw them away because I don't know who used it or anything, only thing that was sealed was the bad-dragon toy so that's good at least other then that I'm never buying anything from you again

On the order page there is a box for special instructions: I asked for the parcel NOT to be sent by recorded delivery as I cannot get to the post office very easily if I miss the postman. The parcel came recorded delivery - enough said!

Ordered shorts and pure pills, only got pills delivered. Had to call you and was then told the shorts were out of stock and it was incorrect that they were available online. Only then I was asked if I wanted a refund to be processed.

I am dissipointed I have not received any shipping details. I ordered on ausest 5 and this is augest 12. I though that ready to ship would have been faster then this
