“Easy online service however still waiting for delivery and can't track the parcel until they have attempted to deliver it, delivery tracking definitely needs to be a little better. Great customer service and very quick response time though.”

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your review. We'll certainly take your feedback on board. I see that you selected free shipping which means that often a standard Royal Mail service is used. For fully tracked shipping, I'd recommend paying a bit extra for Priority Shipping which should be an available option during checkout. All the best, Pete

“Over many years i have spent literally thousands with Regulation... both leather & rubber gear... consumables and vast amounts kitting out my playroom. As always from my own experience, the quality is good and customer advice & service excellent. When i could get to london pre covid i always came to your store on the hunt for something more. ...just dont stop guys... like minded leatjer kink guys like me need you !”

“I have bought stuff from Regulation by post, by click and collect, and in the store. All very satisfactory. Clothing, toys, etc, all just as expected from the descriptions on the website. Staff always welcoming and helpful. Very much enjoying my spiced-up sex life!”
