“Absolutely appalling website The items received were not what was advertised in the description or the picture. As to the returns policy Even worse Barcode didn’t open My postcode wasn’t recognised and it’s clearly a means of not wanting items returned I purchased many items from regulation but never again And as it was Xmas period and I knew would be slow postage I still had no choice however to pay for next day delivery It wouldn’t allow any other option”

I'll also get the issue with the returns portal passed over to our web team to take a look at and see what was going wrong. With regards to the delivery, we do offer free delivery, however your order did not qualify as it was under the £25 minimum required for this service - Aryn
