Hi Antonio, I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet - packages can take a little longer over the holiday period to pass through customs due to the increased demand placed on postal services, and as many countries are currently facing an increase in the severity of the Covid-19 Pandemic, things may be delayed further. “The harness I got is actually slightly different to the one shown on the website. I like it and fits well so not too bothered. The arm cuff also fits perfectly. Great quality and range in this store. The delivery did take 5 working days instead of the 2-3 advertised.”

“Very efficient rubber repair service used to rectify a tear in an item from another manufacturer. Easy quotation procedure: photograph of damage was sent as an email attachment to Regulation; a return e-mail contained Regulation's quote and a link to get an order number after payment by card. The damaged item is sent to Regulation with the order number and is returned when repaired. The quality of the repair was excellent and the process provides access to expert work for those of us who live far from centres of commerce.”
