“The service was good except my order for a sex toy and poppers was split into two separate orders, so I was only able to use the discount order on one part of my order and had then to pay twice putting in card details and address details. I can't think of any other retail company that trades like this.”

“I bought a rubber waistcoat online from Regulation and it was delivered within 48 hours of ordering, which was impressive. It fits well and it is of good quality. The only reason I am rating it four stars instead of five regards cost: I think it is slightly overpriced for such a simple item.”

“Regulation is now the best shop for fetish in London. From leather to rubber, from toys to accessories. The only issue is that so many people buy from them that sometimes the waiting time for a made to measure piece of clothing, might be very long.”

“I was greeted when I came in. I had a few questions and the staff worked to answer them. I did ask about an event they’re sponsoring based on their ad but they didn’t seem to know much about it. All in all I was happy with the shopping experience.”

“Regulation always has great products, and I've bought much from them. I was disappointed when they sold their new FMJ08 gas mask as an S10.2, only to change the name and price after I purchased it. However, they offered a partial refund for the product, which is awesome!”

We believe the FMJ08 it's a great gas mask and we've tested our stocked units for quality but we understand your frustration if you made a purchase expecting a British Avon S10. “Ordered many items over the years and this delivery was well packaged. My only irritation is Royal Mail and ParcelFarce. The original delivery did not arrive on the 9am to 11.30 specified time. An email was sent informing me it would be the following day! Whilst walking the dogs, partner messaged to say parcel had arrived as he by chance had come home for lunch. I would rather pick the parcel up than hang about ALL DAY as above. My EBay purchases are sent to local Argos - it needs to be looked at.”

“Website is easy enough to navigate, first time ordered and products arrived in good time. Products are on the expensive side so I'm always looking for sales and deals. One of the products I bought broke, emailed customer services and a replacement has been sent out immediately which I feel I would definitely use Regulation again based on their excellent customer service. “Quick delivery, item in good condition - only thing was the lube shooters on the advertised image show two tubes in different sizes and I assumed that you get two for the price (you don’t you get one I probably didn’t read description), these don’t have the greatest suction either I believe due to the size of the rubber on the plunger but that’s my only complaint.”
