“I like what is on offer, nice shop. Unfortuneatly the salesperson did not leave the booth, an interest as to if I could find everything would be nicer, and not just staying behind the teller.”

“Top marks for quality of gear and service. Marked down for delivery. A box with more than £300 of gear shouldn’t just be left on my doorstep while I’m out at work. For me, a Royal Mail option would be better, I’m even if it cost a little bit more.”

“Kilt is good quality and I love the colours I’ve chosen. The size was good but it was a bit of a guess as to which size to choose. It would be good if you have one of each size of kilts in the shop for people to try on so they order the correct size.”

“Prompt delivery, however I did receive some 'Pure for Men' samples when I bought a pussy plug. I know the shop is specifically a gay fetish brand but they could be more inclusive to other members of the BDSM community.”

“My scifi hood gag was damaged in moving home as I forgot to leave it within the hood and the rubber gag snapped off due to weight of leather clothing etc above it. The guys at fetters were great when I opened a chat and they confirmed they would be able to make a new one for £40 which they did and it fits perfectly.”
