“Great customer service and prompt replies. Facilitates the VAT for customers that have to pay customs. Items are a bit pricey but good quality, huge selection and always recommend this shop to any beginner or experienced person alike. The loyalty points we get from each purchase could be increased. Will return to the shop! Thank you”

“The website ordering was quick and easy, product turn up very quickly after ordering. Quality of product was great. Unfortunately the sizing chart for across your hand measurement was not very clear, so i had to send back for an exchange. Returns process easy to do. Unfortunately regulation had sold out of the size i needed. Refund came thru no problem. I shall keep my eyes open for item coming back in stock.”

“The staff is friendly and helpful. Shame that the store would not consider even partial refund due to product material being too stiff. I deliberately went with the store over others to support fetish businesses but its response was not as good as the other more mainstream sex stores for a similar issue.”

“Great catsuit! However, I can see glue residue on the zippers, which doesn’t look good. The neck area is very stretched. In my custom order, I specified 42.6 cm for the neck on purpose, to allow extra room and avoid discomfort. I just measured my neck again and it’s 41.8 cm, yet the catsuit still puts too much pressure on my neck.”

“Firstly I was sent a defective item, then ended up out of pocket by requesting a refund, as they didn't refund me the original postage cost. Thereafter they backtracked and sent me a full refund, funnily enough after I posted my original review. Fair play though, they also sent me a £10 gift voucher and accepted that they should have sent me a full refund in the first place.”

“Service was good from Regulation. Fast and discrete delivery. There were some items for sale in store that don’t seem to feature online which is a shame. I hope at some point the online library will expand.”
