“The goods were poorly packaged as acknowledged by Regulation but in general the products were in good order with the exception of the padlock chosen for the neck chain..when removed from the plastic wrapping, the padlock key cylinder barrel was damaged rendering the padlock useless and the keys appeared to be plain uncut with no unique profile...apart from this disappointment,all other items were great”

“everything i ordered is good quality nothing wrong with the items but i do think the postage cost is too much i ordered some bits from the Netherlands at the same time and that was cheaper and arrived a day earlier”

“Products are great, but the next day delivery option would make more sense if it was shipped on the day of the order (if ordered beetle midday say). I ordered first thing in the morning and even got in touch directly with the store, to be pretty much told it would be sent when it was sent. I think it would make you more attractive vs your competitors if you can offer true next day delivery.”

“Good. I like that everything is tracked and easy to pay online for a job requested at the shop. The only concern is that I am getting this piece of rubber fixed for the n time while other pieces bought at the same shop never had an issue, even if worn the same amount of time.”

“It’s a perfect fit. However the colour should have been the same colour as my pup hood. The blue front panel isn’t the blue I asked for. As I have a cobalt blue pup hood. I do remember selecting that colour for the rubber front panel on a custom order. As I said. Fit is perfect. It’s just the blue front panel/crotch that’s the wrong colour”

“I was able to get a posture collar and nipple clamps. There were at least two members of staff when I visited on a Sunday and they were helpful. There was a good range of toys and fetish wear.”
