“Always have a great experience ordering from regulation and have been a customer for many years both store and online. My only gripe on this occasion was the order took almost a week to be arrive and we are both in London. Despite the above hiccup, packaging and products are all 5*. Regulation do have their Pricing and Product very fine tuned, and you do pay market value for items, which isn’t quite the same with their competitors. Other wise 5* lads!!!!”

“I ordered a custom-made suit with delivery to the EU. The production took 4 weeks, as promised. Customs duty was added when paying, but then I didn't bother with anything and the delivery was quick.”

“1st purchase from REG and I of course had to purchase since ive been a sneakehead sniffer since 14. nice designs dudes. i think it will work nicely for daily use. i wonder if i can drive around with a hot mans sweaty sneaker attached to my face now on the freeway and see ok now...LOL . Only issue i have was shipping 25 bucks and took 2 weeks.”

“Great range of products for whatever floats your boat. I primarily shop to boost my collection of leather, but often find myself seduced by other products and making a cheeky purchase. Products slightly on the expensive side, hence my 4/5 rating, but always good quality.”

“Good quality products but a little disappointed in delivery time scale. I ordered on a 1 - 2 day delivery and it took a week with messages saying order received and being processed and packed etc then not seeing the delivery till over a week from order”

“The package should have been delivered against signature. I was home on the delivery date, and no one rang the doorbell for me to receive the package and sign confirming the delivery. The package was left at the building entrance door, where it could have been taken by someone else—this has happened in the past with other deliveries from other companies. I was not expecting this to happen with an expensive item and a delivery versus signature, but it did. This is the reason for not rating the service 5 stars. And as in the end it went well I'm still rating as 4 stars. But it could have gone very wrong should I have not received the package/ should someone have taken it. Thanks for checking on this for the future with the company that delivered the item, DPD. Regards, Joao”

“A very good company. It offers a lot of choice and a wide range of products. The quality of the products is very good and I'm satisfied. The only thing is that the prices have risen enormously in recent years and I find it a bit expensive for what it is.”

“Fits well in the mouth and crtainly makes for some drool although it just needs another hole for the buckle to be tight enough for someone who's only a medium sized boi, otherwise perfect. The ring's good for locking his face to the wall too”
