“Im basing this score in an older product that i bought that arrived perfectly, but i can't really add a review on my recent purchase since the package still on FedEx hands after 14d, and you can't really contact them since they replaced their "support" with an AI bot that just repeats the same thing over and over.”

“Good vibes when you enter premises. A good selection of latex (could be better) but everything I like and might purchase is the wrong size! I don't like ordering and want to take goods home with me otherwise I loose interest!”

“their craftmanship and expertise in manufacturing is top notch, only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the issue that the submission part of measurements for custom fit orders is quite unclear and if you don't submit it on your own (never mentioned in checkout when you got to submit) after the purchase you will get a somewhat rude support email (they probably are already anoyed by how many people don't do it on their own then) and the only other thing i'd hope from them would be to maybe do an optional chlorination service as they currently leave it up to you. all in all quite nice and i'd give 4,5 stars if i could!”

“I recently ordered a custom catsuit from REGULATION. While the product itself seems fine, I was a bit underwhelmed by the customer experience when I went to collect it. I had expected at least a brief conversation—perhaps questions about whether this was my first time buying rubber, tips on care, or even just a quick rundown of what to expect. Instead, I was simply handed the package with no follow-up, no pamphlets, and no guidance. The interaction felt rushed, as though I was being pushed out the door. For a premium purchase, I would have appreciated a bit more engagement and aftercare.”
