“First of all the shipping was over a month. Second the parcel was not very discreet as promised. I have bought a lot of gear over the years and the customs label is usually very discreet too.. It could have said “Singlet”, but instead you write the full description of every item..Fuckbody, rear zipper etc.. Third. The package had been opened. Poorly packaged. God knows by who.. Very acward picking up my parcel at the post office in my small town where I know every person working there. Very dissapointed.”

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive - we get our orders shipped out as quickly as we can but sometimes there can be delays with the couriers we use. We're constantly looking out for changes in their services and offering the best service and prices for shipping that we can, but sometimes they fall a little short. “Hello, I thought you may like to have my views on the recent purchase. An expensive toy but unique and innovative and worthy of the claim to be the most comfortable butt plug. Total satisfaction will depend on the long-term durability, ( a 3" wide with more intense vibrations would be a must-have ). The base unit holds its charge well whereas the remote loses a good deal of charge overnight. Is this normal or do I have a deficient remote? This prompts the question - does the toy come with a warranty? Over to you Pete Cooke.”
