The goods were poorly packaged as acknowledged by Regulation but in general the products were in good order with the exception of the padlock chosen for the neck chain..when removed from the plastic wrapping, the padlock key cylinder barrel was damaged rendering the padlock useless and the keys appeared to be plain uncut with no unique profile...apart from this disappointment,all other items were great
