“Honestly, I've waiiiiited to get the hero suit, but I was far than imagining that paying was the beginning of a wild goose chase for my parcel. I got in contact w/ client services of Regulation and the only response was "we can't do anything for the moment". When i'm paying premium prices for gear i'm expecting premium services which clearly is not the case here. Lesson learnt, won't order here again.”

“I've been shopping at Regulation for years. They consistently provide good customer service and sell a high quality range of products. I think the only thing that limits them is the size of their store - they can only fit so much into one place, and so they're limited to what they can get out on the shelves, forcing less of a range of products when you're looking for something particular.”
