“The order this time was delivered fast and the quality of the products seem like they are in good condition. The value of the products are reasonably price. I had an issue last time when i ordered a cockring and there was non in stock but I wasnt told this til after i had purchased the product however which I was not happy about. Overall, the products I ordered this time came on time and seem to be usable.”

“There are just certain items that we cannot get in the United States from our go-to kink focus stores that Regulation carries. Never had an issue with the team and when we do reach out via email - they are responsive and able to help out in the first reply. “Good returns experience. When my ankle cuffs broke due to a change in the design, I was able to return them no problem. Perhaps I got (un)lucky that they'd used an image of the old design, but my return was approved almost instantly the next business day. Free return shipping, if you return for credit, and the post office print the label for you. Good products frequently end up on sale. Depending on what you buy, you'll be upgraded to fedex 24 hour shipping.”
