“Good returns experience. When my ankle cuffs broke due to a change in the design, I was able to return them no problem. Perhaps I got (un)lucky that they'd used an image of the old design, but my return was approved almost instantly the next business day. Free return shipping, if you return for credit, and the post office print the label for you. Good products frequently end up on sale. Depending on what you buy, you'll be upgraded to fedex 24 hour shipping.”
