Hi Timothy, I'm sorry there's been a delay to the delivery of your order - it looks like it was shipped on January 23rd, and so it has only been 4 working days on the shipment of your order. We have to give the couriers a little bit more time before they'll see something as lost, but it looks like your order is currently scheduled for delivery later today and so hopefully it will be with you very soon! - Aryn

Hi Pietro, I'm sorry to hear your order is taking longer than expected to arrive with you. I've given FedEx a call and according to their system they had made a delivery attempt but the package was refused at the delivery address. We've asked them to put the package back out for delivery at the next available opportunity and hopefully it will be with you soon! We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay - Aryn
