Hi Pietro, I'm sorry to hear your order is taking longer than expected to arrive with you. I've given FedEx a call and according to their system they had made a delivery attempt but the package was refused at the delivery address. We've asked them to put the package back out for delivery at the next available opportunity and hopefully it will be with you soon! We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay - Aryn

“I have ordered numerous items from Regulation and i am very happy with their business. Website design is good, layout of items is very well presented. Only things i can think of is that the time from ordering on the website to shipping could possibly be quicker. “The service was good except my order for a sex toy and poppers was split into two separate orders, so I was only able to use the discount order on one part of my order and had then to pay twice putting in card details and address details. I can't think of any other retail company that trades like this.”
