“I picked up an order I had made from the Regulation shop. The staff member who gave me the order was very helpful and discussed what size he thought I would need for a possible future order (although the best thing would be to come in the shop and be measured for it).”

Hi Alan, I've looked into this for you. It seems you ordered on 11th May at 8:30pm and your order was shipped via a Next Day FedEx service the following day (collected before 5pm). I'm afraid that our team isn't able to work through the night to dispatch orders places late in the evening for the following day. Sadly, there also isn't a carrier that would support this express overnight service for the £6 paid for postage. Regardless, I'm sorry this didn't meet your expectations. If you do require next day delivery (24 hours after payment) I would recommend ordering during the morning so that our speedy warehouse team can ship your order quickly during their working hours. “This is a kink wonderland. As a butch woman the latex selection is fantastic. Definitley not a store for femmes but their BDSM selection of gear, and the quality of it is phenomenal. I bougth online then went into the store to pick it up. Lots of helpful staff everywhere. The smell of leather on the top floor and latex on the bottom. I am in love.”
