“The service was good except my order for a sex toy and poppers was split into two separate orders, so I was only able to use the discount order on one part of my order and had then to pay twice putting in card details and address details. I can't think of any other retail company that trades like this.”

We just ask that the returns form at regulation.co.uk/returns be completed first.
