“Very professional. Beautiful dresses … too many to choose from really but I’had already spotted the dress online I liked and was hoping it was there in my size … it wasn’t but the size down was and it fit …so happy.”

From a browse at a designer website late one night, e mail to Nigel asking of stock....early morning response....24 hours later, a delivery arrived of two sizes....one returned...immediate refund...all within 4 days. “Customer Services is really swift to respond to questions, and I cannot fault the information I received about a dress, including photos, or the short length of time it took from order to delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return because the dress was too tight but Nigel Rayment returns information and process was really straight forward. If you're thinking of ordering online and are not sure, I can entirely recommend.”

The reasons for the returns was one of the dresses did not suit me and the other dress with the detail was quite heavy to wear and as the wedding is in Italy I thought it would just be too heavy.”
