I'm still waiting for a refund. I returned my parcel within the hour of receiving it so why am I still waiting for a refund?

So far, very poor in that payment and as taken over a week ago and did have advised they are waiting for it and will then deliver but nothing has happened. Unfortunately no number to contact anyone

I didn’t wear my dress for my son’s as it didn’t look so good once I got home. I returned the dress promptly. A man in the shop said that he couldn’t give me a refund. I left feeling awful and then was advised by other professionals in the trade to return to the shop with the dress. I then spoke to a very kind lady called Caroline ( name on signed receipt) who took the dress back said she said don’t worry I’ll give you an open credit note” one that won’t have to use within the year. Finally the occasion came along, but 5 years later. I returned with my credit note. Their remarks were but this lady has left and refused to honour the credit note at all! Yes, it’s not good for leaving it so long, but Rayment has had my money and my dress back for to re-sale. Disgraceful really!!!!

I ordered a dress on line which was in the sale. I was very surprised to see it was damaged when I received it having 2 holes in the back. So it was clearly no good to me . I had to return it at my own expense . Also I received no acknowledgment of the company having received my return so I had to email them 8 days after tracking showed they had received it - only then did I receive an acknowledgement, and as I write this 9 days after they received my return the money isn’t yet in my account - not too impressed for my first order . I think my return postage should at least have been refunded as I did email the company upon receipt to advise them of the damage .No offer was made to pay for the return postage

I booked an appointment for the 21st may which I attended with my daughter, my appointment was for 10am, I was just very disappointed with my assistant we had she wasn't interested in use and I felt like I'd put her out? She certainly didn't make my visit a good one and I certainly want be visiting the shop again and want recommend it.

Very poor service. Sold a dress that was too big. Told it could be altered without any problems by their in house tailor. Traveled from the Midlands to London to see the tailor who convinced me it was fine and did not need altering. Presumably given the style of the dress it was difficult to do! Over the next few months I kept trying on the dress because I was worried it was too loose on me. It kept dropping off my shoulders. In the end I decided to buy another dress from somewhere else that provided a much better service , ensuring my dress was a perfect fit for my daughter's wedding. Not a good experience at Nigel Rayment. and left with a dress I will never wear because it doesn't fit properly.

Although the item arrived, the carrier that Nigel Rayment used took matters into their own hands and I was advised that the parcel was declined. Despite asking for evidence of this, I was given nothing which then led to me missing out on securing another garment. All very disappointing

The dress is very beautiful but unfortunately I have received it with stains and foundation on it. I had to return it.

I ordered a dress for my wife Saturday morning and paid for it. On Tuesday I got a email to say they had sold the dress 5 minutes before . I would have appreciate a call to explain but no !!! I emailed back saying it was a wedding this weekend and they never even offered to help . I had explained that my wife had been very I’ll and couldn’t go shopping ! Got absolutely nothing back from them .

Extremely unpleasant experience with unhelpful and arrogant young man. I had travelled specially from Ireland for mother of the groom shopping. Luckily I had another appointment with a boutique in Knightsbridge, with wonderful staff and where I bought a beautiful dress. Would never, ever visit Nigel Rayment London again.

Hi I have order dress but the size was not accurate and the dress him self was very heavy and didn’t look like that on the picture. I have returned the order now a/ w refund so hopefully is going be with me shortly. Anna Polak

No idea what this dress is like on as I have yet to receive it! Ordered on 24 May and now 3 June. Quick to send emails asking for reviews, just a pity the dress delivery isn't as quick! Replied to a previous review email and was advised they would ensure the dress was shipped the following day despite the tracking saying it had already been shipped! No updates as to what is happening with it or anything. It's a shop selling mother of the bride outfits so you know it's an important purchase and the not knowing when this dress will be delivered or if it will be delivered at all is completely stressing me out, I thought having radiotherapy treatment months before the wedding and not knowing if it has worked was bad enough but not having an outfit for my son's wedding is starting to worry me now

As I have not yet received my order I find it difficult to review so have had to only give one star at the moment. I have emailed Nigel Rayment this morning asking when I can expect delivery and mentioning that I have been asked for a review which is obviously difficult as cannot comment on the delivery aspects etc

Very disappointing. Poor material and garish colours. Also only one picture on website and no description. Returned immediately and would not purchase from this site again.
