“I can not praise Nigel & Cathy enough for the service they provided when I was looking for what seemed like the impossible outfit for my daughters wedding - nothing was too much trouble. I bought my dress 3 months prior to the wedding day & managed to drop a dress size in the meantime which created a big problem when it came to taking my beautiful dress in due to the style - but Cathy worked an absolute miracle - I can not put in to words how happy I was with the end result - you would never have known the amount of taking in she had had to do. I had so many compliments on the day it made the day even more special for me. So - although this review is long overdue I promised Cathy I would send a picture & although it may be a couple of years later I am keeping my promise. You & your staff are second to none Nigel - I couldn't recommend you highly enough.”

“I phoned ahead to see if I needed an appointment to purchase a hat and was told that I could just walk-in. This advice was friendly and helpful. Excited at the prospect of visiting this shop I paid for a rail ticket from Oxford £40 return and my friend also paid for a rail ticket from another part of the country at £40 return. I brought with me my Mother of the Bride dress and shoes to ensure a perfect match to a hat. On arrival at the shop I was met with a cold welcome, feeling awkward I said I was told I could walk in to look at hats. The Sales Assistant then said to me "well you can look but we don't have any time to help you!" This completely burst my excited bubble and if the wedding was further away in time I would have walked out there and then. I said to the assistant politely that I was disappointed as I was expecting some help. This improved the situation and she and another assistant both helped. I left with a fabulous hat that I love but was not invited to try my outfit on with it! I spent £255 within 10 minutes of arriving. They need to remember every customer counts and this supposed to be an exciting purchase.”

“I ordered a dress in January 2024 for my son’s wedding at the end of February 2024. The dress was not going to be available until the end of January and I was worried that if delayed I would not receive it in time. However I need not have worried, it was dispatched before that date and when it came it was beautiful, so much more beautiful than the photos and very well packaged!! It fit like a glove. I will never be worried about ordering online dresses from this company again. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you.”

“I purchased a beautiful Invitations by Veni dress in the sale from Nigel Rayment Boutique. I already trusted this retailer as earlier in the year I had bought another Veni dress from them which I wore to my daughter's wedding in May. Now my son is getting married next year and the chance to buy another beautiful dress was too much. The only thing I would fault this time around is the lack of a small colour swatch of fabric. Last time this was included with the dress and was incredibly useful when it came to buying accessories as I am not good at carrying a colour in my head. Anyway if this is read and you happen to have a spare swatch for the coral Veni dress (Order No. #16093 ) I can then upgrade your rating to a five to reflect amazing customer service.”

“Kryssy what an absolute star, did purchase my hat at the time, thinking I could order on line to find out it was out of stock. Kryssy managed to order me another one from the supplier . Saved my outfit . When to the shop on Friday 10th November, was made to feel so comfortable, and they could not do enough for you … highly highly recommend this shop!!! I will be back when my other children get married . Cannot recommend them enough . Thank you for an amazing service!!!”

“The dress and jacket I ordered arrived well packaged and in reasonable time. DPD unfortunately messed up the delivery but I was able to get a friend to sort things. The dress itself was beautiful and true to size annd it was great to be able to order on line and try in the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately the jacket didn’t suit me so I had to return it. Returns were easy and quick to sort . I’m so happy with the service and quality of the outfit I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.”
