Packaging and delivery was spot on. Kept informed with tracking and was easy to arrange collection from a parcel shop as I knew I wouldn’t be home to receive delivery. Easy to use website and online ordering. Speedy refund.

Hello and don't usually write a review! But I had bought this dress but it came Without Flowers on the Sleeves? 😔I know was bought online! But so disappointing! But on the Plus side! I have bought another dress ☺️ which was lovely. Sorry to write but have noticed it's back on line??

The service was ok. Was expecting some kind of notification when to expect my order but wasn’t sent anything. Received my dress in about 5 days and it was packaged very nicely. Unfortunately the dress wasn’t suitable and returned.

Size 8 was like a size 12 so dress did not fit me. Very disappointed. But staff really friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my purchase and delivery, however I had tried ringing a week before to get answers to a query I had, when I didn’t get a response I tried emailing and again I received no response from them. With the amount of money you are spending I think it is a very poor service and the only reason I continued with an online purchase without my questions being answered is because I was running out of time finding a mother of the groom outfit. I expect more. It took away the excitement for me in making this special purchase.

This dress is absolutely stunning and the material of extremely high quality. Unfortunately I had to return it as although I’m a classic size 16 (dress was 16) there was a 2’’ gap where it just could not zip up.

Very helpful. Beautiful dresses. Unfortunately I had to return the faulty beaded gown, also the day dress was very long and had to be returned also. I don’t think I should be charged for the return of the faulty gown.

I ordered 2 dresses on line and was charged 2 lots of postage, a bit cheeky really when both dresses arrived in the same box. Also you would think that both dresses being the same size they would both fit, there was a massive difference in size and I had to return 1 as it wouldn't fasten yet the other fits beautifully. Overall slightly disappointing.

My delivery arrived in a timely manner.I like the dress.The dress was in the sale and it arrived with some marks on the bottom the marks indicated that the dress was either second hand or hand been tried on many times or a returned items.This such have been checked. This was quite disappointing.However I have decided to keep it and get it dry clean.For such highly priced outfits, I wouldn't have expected to see that.However the quality is nice.

Quality excellent, well protected in transit. Unfortunately had to return as didn’t suit me. Contacted CServ to asked how returned as no instructions in box-no reply received. Googled on line & glad I did as only 7 days in which to return. Postage paid for delivery & due to be deducted off my purchase price for the return also which adds up! Disappointed as return time so short & would have liked to show the dress to a friend to get a second opinion. Dress me turned in the time frame & currently awaiting a refund.

Used the alert system to find my perfect Mother of the Bride dress. Brand new and beautifully packaged thanks. so would have given 5 stars however disaster nearly struck as the Royal Mail delivery service just abandoned my package in another nearby street and forged the signed for requirement!

Nothing like the pictures then to add insult to injury I was charged twelve pounds for returning via Royal Mail and told it would only be £4.95 the cheapest option as courier would be £9.00 really dissatisfied the only good thing the refund went into my bank within three days
