Experience before my appointment was very positive and staff very helpful in keeping a dress for me to try. I was a bit frustrated at my appointment that the lady serving us was in her own and juggling appointments. This mad getting her input and more sizes different. Not the experience I had hoped for.

Hi I used the sizing guide but unfortunately the dress didn’t fit, I was very disappointed I loved the dress and the quality of the dress was very good, I have had this dress in mind since my son announced his engagement but sadly I had to return, I have rated only 3 stars due to the sizing chart

Went to the Manchester store , even though I find my dress and Lv it , I feel the shop needs a revamp the dressing room are not inviting and don’t make u feel special at all when you are buying a £800 pound dress for your daughters wedding . I then had to take my dress to get it taking in which I think should be taking care in the store .Just the little things go a long way , some small adjustments would make the experience much better .

Very quick delivery, superbly packed, unfortunately colour match not the same as on the photo so returned the dress. But fit and quality excellent.

Packaging and delivery was spot on. Kept informed with tracking and was easy to arrange collection from a parcel shop as I knew I wouldn’t be home to receive delivery. Easy to use website and online ordering. Speedy refund.

Hello and don't usually write a review! But I had bought this dress but it came Without Flowers on the Sleeves? 😔I know was bought online! But so disappointing! But on the Plus side! I have bought another dress ☺️ which was lovely. Sorry to write but have noticed it's back on line??

The service was ok. Was expecting some kind of notification when to expect my order but wasn’t sent anything. Received my dress in about 5 days and it was packaged very nicely. Unfortunately the dress wasn’t suitable and returned.

Size 8 was like a size 12 so dress did not fit me. Very disappointed. But staff really friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my purchase and delivery, however I had tried ringing a week before to get answers to a query I had, when I didn’t get a response I tried emailing and again I received no response from them. With the amount of money you are spending I think it is a very poor service and the only reason I continued with an online purchase without my questions being answered is because I was running out of time finding a mother of the groom outfit. I expect more. It took away the excitement for me in making this special purchase.

This dress is absolutely stunning and the material of extremely high quality. Unfortunately I had to return it as although I’m a classic size 16 (dress was 16) there was a 2’’ gap where it just could not zip up.

Very helpful. Beautiful dresses. Unfortunately I had to return the faulty beaded gown, also the day dress was very long and had to be returned also. I don’t think I should be charged for the return of the faulty gown.

I ordered 2 dresses on line and was charged 2 lots of postage, a bit cheeky really when both dresses arrived in the same box. Also you would think that both dresses being the same size they would both fit, there was a massive difference in size and I had to return 1 as it wouldn't fasten yet the other fits beautifully. Overall slightly disappointing.
