“What a shame I don't seem to be receiving the excellent service described in many of the reviews. I ordered a dress online (I live in Cornwall) but over a week later had no promised despatch details. I politely asked for an update and was told it would be despatched today by DPD but still no despatch information and no reply to another request for an update. I don't know what to do. I would like the dress but think I should now look elsewhere as I need something to wear next week!”
