“What a wonderful shop! The dresses and hats are beautiful! I bought a dress and hat for my daughter’s wedding. From start to finish the service was flawless. Mo, the tailor was excellent and my dress fits like a glove. I cannot recommend Nigel and his shop highly enough!”

“Excellent service both in the shop and ordering on line. I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding in the London shop. I wasn't sure about it but Nigel showed me how it could be altered. They were also very helpful with accessories and I have ordered the hat from there as well. I have ordered many dresses on line for my other daughter's wedding and the delivery and returns service is excellent. I would highly recommend.”

When it arrived there were some issues with the quality however when I informed Nigel Rayment of the issues they provided world class after sales service and demonstrated their commitment to first rate quality with their product. They resloved all issues in a timely manner at no extra cost to me and provided a welcome discount on top. Thank you very much and I would recommend you to anyone.”

“Beautifully packaged, it’s a stunning dress, it has a bit of weight to it which I like. The colour was a bit more orange than I was expecting but I still liked it. I ordered the size 12 but it was a bit on the big side so sadly had to return it.”

“I visited Nigel Rayment in London to buy a hat to match my dress. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the assistants were knowledgeable and helpful. Once chosen they ordered my hat. When the hat arrived the alice band sat at the wrong angle for my head so I called customer support and spoke to Chryssy who was very helpful, I returned the hat free of charge and a new one was sent out to me that day. It was very good fuss free service.”
