“Fantastic in lots of ways. Packaged beautifully- in its wrapper, then a dress cover and then in a box. I have bought expensive outfits from other retailers to find them wrapped in a bit of tissue paper and placed in a bag. Secondly-the customer services was outstanding. My parcel was delivered to an incorrect address by DPD. I emailed Nigel Rayment and within 10 minutes they got back to me to say they would chase it up. In a few hours I had an address and a photo of where it had been delivered with an apology. Fantastic Sadly the outfit didn’t fit. It was so easy to return, with a prepaid address label enclosed. I would not hesitate to order from Nigel Rayment again. First class service.”

“I love the service from this place absolutely brilliant I needed a dress. I went to several shops. Nobody got my size. My daughter emailed these people and they sent it by Wednesday for a wedding. Also I needed an act. The actor bought a far too big to travel abroad with so I contacted him ordered now and it came within three days outstanding service”

“Bought a Couture Club dress for my daughter’s wedding via a personalised appointment in the store. Booked the appt online and provided detail of what I was looking for. When I arrived ( with a friend) there was a range of dresses matching my specifications set out for me to try on. There was no pressure to buy but I did find a dress that really suited me and worked with the theme of the wedding. The customer service offered by Nigel and his staff was excellent. The dress needed some slight alterations and I opted to use Nigel’s recommended tailor, Mo. I am glad I did as other wedding guests thought the dress fitted so well that it must have been made to measure! The whole experience of buying my Mother of the Bride dress became a very pleasant and memorable experience. I was thrilled with my dress and the fact that it also impressed family and friends on such a special day. I would thoroughly recommend the Nigel Rayment boutique if you are looking for a special occasion dress. Thank you Nigel and Mo.”

“I bought my mother of the groom dress from Nigel. It is a perfect fit and I was fortunate to find it in the sale section. Nigel didn’t try to push me into a full priced dress, in fact he advised me NOT to try on any more dresses as he felt this was ‘the one’. I subsequently ordered a hatinator online, but sadly had to return as it wasn’t a good colour match. It arrived promptly and well packaged. Return was easy with the enclosed label. Would thoroughly recommend Nigel Rayment.”

“I ordered a dress from Nigal Rayment from Ireland. The dress arrived promptly. It was stunning (Veni Infantino). Unfortunately it didn’t suit. The return went a little astray in the post. (Not Nigal Rayments fault) However when I phoned Nigal Rayment the gentleman (I think it might have been Sean) was amazing, he tracked the dress down and made the refund all in a day. Amazing setvice. Thank you so much Sean.”

“I cannot recommend Nigel Rayment more highly. I emailed about trying to find a hat to match an outfit I had previously purchased at a differnt shop. Nigel emailed me with ideas and was so helpful. We spoke on the phone and he suggested two hats. Both hats are absolutely gorgeous but one went better than the other so I returned the other hat. Everything was dealt with fast and efficiently and really friendly. I would say gold old fashioned service where nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.”

“I bought a beautiful address for my son’s wedding but when it arrived it was far too large so I think the sizing needs more clarity than the normal 10,12,14. Also the weight of the fabric was heavier than I realized. I am looking for something lighter for a Summer outside event in Madrid in September. Very disappointed as I love the dress in the pictures.”
