The returns process was brilliant and staff responded immediately and apologised for the problem. I was refunded in full for the transaction so would not hesitate to order online again.”

“Beautiful dress, easy to order, and it arrived very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend it and suggest that future deliveries be covered in plastic since the delivery driver left it on the doorstep—luckily, it didn't rain! However, this issue was not the boutique's fault.”
