“I ordered a dress for my wife Saturday morning and paid for it. On Tuesday I got a email to say they had sold the dress 5 minutes before . I would have appreciate a call to explain but no !!! I emailed back saying it was a wedding this weekend and they never even offered to help . I had explained that my wife had been very I’ll and couldn’t go shopping ! Got absolutely nothing back from them .”

“I purchased a dress online. On arrival I needed to speak with Nigel to discuss a very small issue. Nigel, was extremely helpful and he immediately suggested that it would be resolved asap. He also made a goodwill monetary gesture which was made the same day to my account and the issue is being resolved and I cannot wait to wear this beautiful dress. I was/am very impressed with the personal and professional manner in the way Nigel helped without any hesitation and I cannot recommend Nigel and Sean Boutiques highly enough.”

“Excellent assistance and service even over the phone. Needed help on a hat after purchasing my dress earlier in the year. Didnt get the name of the guy helping but incredibly helpfulu -new the dress I had and helped with the hat. Love the hat (Niche Collection in Navy) - totally gorgeous of my daughters wedding. Lovely shape like a pear and not as big as I thought (bit worried it would be very large). Excellent value and true to the picture on the website. Packaging very secure and safe - hat arrived in perfect condition. Only regret I didnt go to Nigel Rayment for a mother of the bride dress appointment - sounds like it would have been fun. Thanks to all”

“This boutique provides high quality clothing for special occasions. These are high end garments that are exceptional value made with quality craftsmanship. I have used them twice for purchasing mother of bride outfits and they have received high praise from people. There are occasional sales that mean you can get top end outfits for a bargain price. Delivery is quick and the customer service is great. You have a short returns window, but it is unlikely you would be returning items. You can alter outfits at cost if required. If you are looking to standout and feel good in an amazing outfit then look no further than Nigel Rayment Boutique.”

“I didn’t see the word ‘short’ sorry! Here you go… I found my mother of the bride outfit online at Nigel Rayment Boutique after a referral from a friend. So much choice! I ordered my favourite dress with jacket (for a February wedding) which was stunning but a bit big all over. So I reordered the right size and am so happy with the fit, quality and price! I got my refund straight away and I’m now ready for the day - just need my hat and shoes! Thank you for providing what has been a perfect solution to a huge ‘problem’! The longer version… Thank goodness I bumped into my neighbour that day! Two of her sons married last year and she raved about this boutique in London she’d found - Nigel Rayment. Her husband told me how many people had complemented his wife at their sons weddings. He said I should really consider going there to take a look. I couldn’t wait so I googled the Nigel Rayment boutique on my way into Woking. By the time I got home I’d found the outfit I wanted and placed my order! Just like that! After extensive researching of mother-of-the-bride outfits over months and months - the pressure I had begun to feel disappeared in a few short hours. The outfit arrived a couple of days later. It was gorgeous but too big and taupe was not quite the colour I had imagined. So I ordered the smaller size in the almond and ivory and it arrived a few of days later. It was perfect! I felt fabulous and couldn’t wait to show my daughter. She loved it so much she took the video attached and sent it to the bridesmaids. Their excitement has made me feel so special and I now approach the wedding day feeling comfortable I won’t let down the beautiful bride to be - in fact I’ve made her proud!”

“Hi , if I could give more than five stars I would , I ordered the same dress in to different sizes . When they arrived I was blown away how beautifully packed they we're. Came in a long dress cover , each dress in bags with own coat hangers beautifully placed in large box . I was so excited the dresses we're absolutely stunning to every detail. “Excellent service, having previously purchased I rang Sean regarding a dress I was interested in purchasing for my daughters wedding. Sean was very helpful, I ordered it and amazingly it arrived the very next day. Really happy with the dress. After trying it on I only went and got the tag caught in the zip! I rang him up in a panic, he reassured me that it would be ok and explained how to get it undone but I didn’t want to take the risk or me damaging the dress, bare in mind it had only been in my possession less than an hour 🙈, I asked if I came into the shop would he mind sorting it. He was so lovely, took him all of a minute to sort the dress. The dress was slightly too big so he went and got me the size down and I tried it on in the shop. Thank you Sean for looking after me. One very happy customer.”

“At the moment I have 3 dresses from nigel raynent while I decide which one I liked the best as I’m MOB at the end of Oct. I was concerned that I was holding onto the dresses as I want both my daughter and my mum in on the decision and getting all 3 together no easy task.
