“I love Nigel Rayment online service , my experience with them started in Covid when they started mail order and i have been using them ever since `it is a brilliant service and if the size is not right or the outfit does not suit you, the return system is simple, also the y will advise you on sizing as all designers vary I have worn my outfits to weddings, christenings,Black tie and white tie events in the city ,and always receive compliments on them . So i have no need to spend hours shopping around any more”

“I ordered a dress for my wife Saturday morning and paid for it. On Tuesday I got a email to say they had sold the dress 5 minutes before . I would have appreciate a call to explain but no !!! I emailed back saying it was a wedding this weekend and they never even offered to help . I had explained that my wife had been very I’ll and couldn’t go shopping ! “I purchased a dress online. On arrival I needed to speak with Nigel to discuss a very small issue. Nigel, was extremely helpful and he immediately suggested that it would be resolved asap. He also made a goodwill monetary gesture which was made the same day to my account and the issue is being resolved and I cannot wait to wear this beautiful dress.
