“The dress came promptly, unfortunately it didn't fit me. I had an isue with the return as the tracking was saying iyt was stuck at the sorting office. I emailed Nigel Rayment and had a quick respose and the matter was orted.”

“This is a fantastic shop for very special occasion dresses. I found buying online difficult so went to the shop in London. The service there was absolutely fantastic. It made the whole experience of buying a dress very easy and pleasurable. The staff were all delightful and so helpful, even though I kept them late after their official closing time! You do need to book an appointment to go.”

“The dress didn’t fit/suit me so I’ve returned it by post and now awaiting the refund, but the actual process for ordering on line was simple and the dress arrived in perfect condition. And the postage costs were reasonable. Which is great, as I’m too far away just to pop into store to try dresses. I wouldn’t hesitate to order online again and I’ve already eyed up other dresses, that I’d like to try”

“The range of dresses and hats were incredible, and I knew as soon as I walked in to the boutique that I would be able to find my outfit for my son's wedding - such an important decision. I was absolutely delighted with the personal service I received from Nigel and Hannah; they couldn't do enough for me. I felt that their opinion was genuine, and were not trying to flatter me, as they pointed out dresses that didn't suit once on, which I agreed with. They didn't rush me, and I tried on possible outfits three times to be sure. Thank you so much Nigel for being there - I really did appreciate it.”

“Nigel, I really wanted to thank you for everything. I can’t tell you how pleased I am that I walked into your shop last year, at the end of the day shopping in every high end store in Central London. I was playing it safe—not your typical Mother of the Bride—and you saw that straight away. You gently encouraged me (at times telling me 😂) this day, be the MOB, not just a guest, don’t blend in. I’d never worn a hat before, but you reminded me this day was special and not the time to play it safe. You got that hat on me. I’m so glad I listened. I felt amazing—and the compliments were non-stop. One guest even said, “Your walk down, you looked like you belonged at a regal gathering.” What a compliment! My daughter said I looked amazing for her day and you could see he effort. You made this happen. Without you, I’d have faded into the background. I recommend you to everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly felt incredible. Without you and your guidance and humour, my response to these pictures would be different. I love them. ❤️❤️”

“I ordered a dress for my son‘s wedding. It came the next day beautifully packed then I decided to have a hat the same colour again when I ordered it came the next day and again beautifully packed and boxed and a lovely hat box exceptional service.”

“After a delay in my order, I sent an email and got an almost immediate response stating my order would be sent the next day. Not sure what happened but it was quickly rectified and received in 2 days after this. The hatinator was lovely but sadly did not sit on my head comfortably due to wearing glasses. I am now awaiting my refund after an easy return process with the label provided, just a shame it is almost £7 to return, but the website does clearly state this, so cannot complain. Would have been 5 star but still waiting for my refund”
