“So happy I found Nigel Rayment, Marble Arch branch, first saw them online. Found a perfect dress as Mother of the Bride and there is a good selection of hats to complete the outfit. All carefully boxed and packaged. Absolutely no pressure to purchase when visiting the shop, helpful, friendly and honest assistance. Quick, easy, straightforward returns if needed. Will definitely use again and certainly recommend.”

“When my hat arrived it was packaged beautifully in lots of tissue surrounding it & then in a huge hat box. It is very beautifully made & with the perfect colours I am absolutely delighted & I can’t wait to wear it in August to my sons wedding. The site was easy to navigate & delivery was quick. I can’t praise this company enough so if you need a unique & beautiful hat, I would highly recommend. Thank you x”

“I visited Nigel Rayment in London, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I tried on a few styles and there was no judgement or pushy sales ( I hate shops with model size women assistants that ‘judge!’ ). Nigel was so kind and helpful and I chose a fabulous dress for my daughter’s wedding next spring, for less than £500. I can highly recommend the service offered. I will be returning to have the dress hemline adjusted when I’ve purchased my shoes. Great to know that there is an in-house service for alterations too. All together a stress free experience.”

“Items purchased were beautiful, unfortunately due to styles and my size I have had to return and re order, thought items were shorter than what arrived. Due to me being 5ft 4 and models taller. Not expecting ankle length. But no other complaint. Perhaps advise on height and size of model. Will recommend you to others.”

“I wore one of your beautiful dresses to my daughter's wedding on the 25th May, it felt amazing to wear, stylish and no creasing. It wasn't something I'd usually wear but I'm so glad I took the plunge, it complement my figure. I originally sent for a size 10,then realised I could wear a size 8,no problem when I rung to exchange it, just a straight forward swop, thank you so much for making such beautiful dresses, I'm off to Ascot next year I'll be showing it off again.”

I made an error on the size ordered and contacted them immediately. They switched sizes as requested. They were also extremely helpful with providing size charts for the different brands on offer.”

“I booked an appointment for the 21st may which I attended with my daughter, my appointment was for 10am, I was just very disappointed with my assistant we had she wasn't interested in use and I felt like I'd put her out? She certainly didn't make my visit a good one and I certainly want be visiting the shop again and want recommend it.”
