“This is the first time I have used this boutique. I am so pleased that the dress I ordered superseded all expectations and more! My dress is such good quality, so very very pretty and came promptly in a proper dress bag. I would definitely recommend this boutique and have already passed the details on to a friend who is also a mother of the groom.”

“You will be absolutely delighted if you use the Nigel Rayment store. I purchased online after a disaster when buying a dress locally and they were brilliant. There was a very slight issue, I contacted them and they went out of their way to resolve this. “Very poor service. Sold a dress that was too big. Told it could be altered without any problems by their in house tailor. Traveled from the Midlands to London to see the tailor who convinced me it was fine and did not need altering. Presumably given the style of the dress it was difficult to do! Over the next few months I kept trying on the dress because I was worried it was too loose on me. It kept dropping off my shoulders. In the end I decided to buy another dress from somewhere else that provided a much better service , ensuring my dress was a perfect fit for my daughter's wedding. Not a good experience at Nigel Rayment. and left with a dress I will never wear because it doesn't fit properly.”

“What a lovely experience! Nigel made it so easy and pleasurable giving me so many dresses to choose from. In all honesty I wasn’t planning to purchase my dress on the day but I fell in love with one and took it home! Just over a year before I can wear it now! 🤣”
