“Great experience ordering on line.Quick delivery and a beautiful dress unfortunately it was too small. I purchased a Condici outfit and I’m a standard size 18. This was a size 16 fit so I reluctantly had to return it. Very easy to return so I would recommend anyone looking to purchase on line if they can’t pop in to the shop.”

“I was really struggling with choosing an outfit for my daughters wedding until I visited Nigel Rayment. The moment i walked in the door I felt really comfortable, I was given a bottle of water and Nigel suggested I picked out as many dresses as I wanted to try on. There is a huge selection there. There is no hard sale with Nigel , unlike other mob shops I've visited ! Nigel gives you honest advice and I ended up purchasing my dream dress. I would recommend Nigel Rayment 100%.”

“My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the boutique in London. There were so many dresses in different styles, colours and fabrics to chose from. We found the perfect mother-of-the-bride dress for me, with the knowledgeable help of Nigel. The dress needed a couple of minor alterations and these were beautifully done and the dress then sent to me, carefully packed. I am so glad we found Nigel Rayment's boutique and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outfit for a special occasion.”

“First time to NR London. Great customer service on phone when I ordered on line and when I went to collect such helpful staff who gave me honestly etc with my chosen dress. A beautiful selection of hats too and I bought. Well wrapped with care. U have recommended NR London in preference to my local store due to friendly staff & Nigel himself was lovely chap. Thank you for your help getting me sorted for my son’s wedding in a few weeks time. Ps anyone going make a day in London well worth it.”

“Gorgeous dresses in so many styles and fabrics. Plenty of choice in all sizes to suit all shapes heights and ages. Customer service was great from start to finish and I found Nigel delightful to deal with. I also used dressmaking service which was fantastic. Brilliant all round.”

“Customer service and advice over the phone was great! Dress was exactly as pictured. I didn’t end up keeping but may have if returns period was longer, but I was in a rush to make up my mind so made the decision not to keep. Returns process very straightforward!”

“I ordered a dress on line which was in the sale. I was very surprised to see it was damaged when I received it having 2 holes in the back. So it was clearly no good to me . I had to return it at my own expense . Also I received no acknowledgment of the company having received my return so I had to email them 8 days after tracking showed they had received it - only then did I receive an acknowledgement, and as I write this 9 days after they received my return the money isn’t yet in my account - not too impressed for my first order . I think my return postage should at least have been refunded as I did email the company upon receipt to advise them of the damage .No offer was made to pay for the return postage”
