“I booked an appointment for the 21st may which I attended with my daughter, my appointment was for 10am, I was just very disappointed with my assistant we had she wasn't interested in use and I felt like I'd put her out? She certainly didn't make my visit a good one and I certainly want be visiting the shop again and want recommend it.”

“I purchased my dress in November 2023 for my daughter's wedding May 2024. The dress is perfect and the service was excellent giving me tips on shoe and bag purchases. I found Nigel and the Ladies in the store so friendly and helpful. Once I had my dress I then met Mo the man with the magic alterations hands, he was so patient in discussing the alterations, I felt I could trust his expertise with the slight adjustments to my dress and very little fuss I felt very special and comfortable with the fit of my dress.”

“I have been liaising with N Rayment both for personal and reviewing purposes. Attended London store and Lucy was excellent. Not all styles / designers I wanted were available on the day so still determining sizes as they all vary widely but NR are brilliant at advising/sharing the designers measurement tables. This is a well established organisation and will be my go to for occasion outfits. Very happy to recommend. Note: reviewing dresses only but they have a wide selection of headwear available which I intend to try.”
