About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Thus collar worked really well on one of our jabs who likes to escape her. Omar when she can! Even though when out on a walk she managed to squirm her way out of her Halti head collar (the nose bit) she was still secure and couldn’t get out of the collar. It’s a beautiful colour too! Didn’t cause her any distress and gave me the confidence that I wouldn’t lose her! Can recommend for sure.”

“This is a quality product though we have only used it once. Was initially concerned that my husband would not find the carrier comfortable for carrying our miniature poodle but the sternum and waist straps adjusted well and puppy was very happy.”

We are always willing to help customers where we can especially when it comes to sizing. Our sizing guides are 100% accurate however, even we understand that this can be difficult due to doggo's body shapes and dancing feet as soon as the tape measure comes out! Unfortunately, damaged and manufacturing error goods is sometimes something that happens. Whilst this isn't often, here at Mountain Dog, we make sure that when this happens the supplier is contacted immediately to resolve this for you. “Really good, lightweight collar for small to medium breeds. Bright and visible at a distance. Found it easy to keep clean and incredibly easy to take on and off with cold half frozen hands! Can attach a name tag to the d rings or use the tab provided.”
