About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 300,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, ChuckIt! and more.

“Excellent service and the coat I superb. Our German shepherd dog is a large long haired dog and this actually fits him. He rolls in puddles and when playing with his buddy a collie they mouth necks and use paws. Coat survived and kept Simba dry apart from small area under neath and bottom half of legs. Yes I highly recommend this Hurtta coat”

Hello Finlay, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our products are all supported with a sizing guide that is 100% accurate and is supported by the supplier. However, we understand that getting a perfect fit the first time around can be difficult to achieve. All dogs are of different sizes and body shapes and more often than not when the tape measure comes out they enjoy dancing around! If you haven't already, as long as your item is still in good condition, you can return it to Mountain Dog HQ for either a refund or exchange. Please note that if you choose to go with a full refund, there will be a postage charge of £3.99 if you use our label. The way this will work is that when your return lands, we will deduct £3.99 from the refunded item. For example, if you have spent £53.99, we will refund you £50.00. Alternatively, you can use your postage label which we will then provide the full refund of the item. Your other alternative is that you apply for an exchange. The exchange process is free and just as quick! Whichever option you choose, we aim to process your request the same day as your return lands.

“Used this on our greyhound as she was starting get rough/dry pads and it works a charm. Soothed and super soft paws now but reduced grip on laminate flooring unfortunately. Luckily she’s spends most of her time indoors roaching as most greys do!”

“Excellent in both design and build. Instantly stopped our 6 month Labrador puppy pulling, he now walks next to us with a slack lead for the majority of the time and any lurching is easily corrected.”
