About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“The Flagline harness arrived promptly and was very easy to fit on our English Bulldog and adjust for the first wear. Quality materials and stitching. Our dog ,has a tendency to pull on the lead. This harness will help to make walking more enjoyable for her and us. We also bought the twin fix lead...the first walk there was a vast improvement. Thank you”

“Very happy with the purchase of the telescopic dog ramp. Great for our Vauxhall grandland which is quite high up. Our dog can now get in and out with ease and no more jumping to damage her joints. Swift service from payment to delivery. Would certainly recommend.”

“Had to return a waterproof coat, due to obviously unusual shaped dog. Quality of product excellent, just didn't fit despite the guide. Returns process very painless and fast refund. We would use again.”

“We got the size wrong and called about exchanging. Mountain Dog really helped us get the sizing right and with the exchange, which went like clockwork. We now have the new coat and are looking forward to getting back into those mountains knowing we've got the right kit to keep our working Cocker warm.”

Fantastic news Russell! Yes, here at Mountain Dog we completely understand that remote measuring and fitting for a dog is somewhat difficult as other factors come into play. This is why we offer free exchanges, all you got to do is send it back and when it lands at HQ, we get it straight out the same day. “My husky escaped his harness and got into the field to play with the horses. I had a job getting him back. He loves to be outside. I just couldn’t trust him on his own anymore. I had to find a harness which was escape proof. Thank goodness I found the flag line harness. It has helped me keep my Kai safe. He has tried to escape this harness without success. All the harness did was twist a bit. It was expensive, but worth every penny to keep my boy safe and the horses free from Kai. I bought the medium and it was a perfect fit. No adjustment required as he measured on the smallest size which is 28” chest. He has plenty of growing room.”
