About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“The package didn't take long to arrive. Given my GSD is 40kg and very pray-driven, the collar is sturdy and feels secure when on. Size is as always a bit of a challenge as this is just about big enough to go over her head, the next size up would have been too big. I've ordered the Kong Signature stick, one of the squeaks is not working and the stitching is coming apart not even a week of occasional use (that's why the 4 stars).”

“I am absolutely blown away by the good service at Mountain Dog. I ordered a coat that was too big for my dog, e-mailed their help centre to ask if this was OK to swap for a smaller size, and had a response almost instantly from Paul telling me it was no problem at all, and with clear instructions on how to return/exchange an item. He was super helpful and my new item arrived within a couple of days. You get updates constantly on exactly what is happening with your return/item which is SO useful, instead of being left in the dark. It can be an absolute nightmare getting hold of companies and getting refunds/exchanges sorted, and I've never had such a good experience before! I will 100% purchase from them again for my fur baby.”
