About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Great product! I bought a dog bag for my new pup. It's very secure and she loves it! I've got a massive, luxury dog cart she could go in but she kicks off like she's being murdered but she loves the bag! So it means I can get back on my bike and I'm not stuck in traffic paying for parking again. It arrived very quickly too!”

“This is the third Houdini proof harness we’ve bought for our short hair skinny border collie. A red one for best, the original grey one for mucky places (and the sea) and this one, grey again, for every day. Wouldn’t choose any other as we feel this one really is Houdini proof. Okay, we have one spoiled dog!”

“Bought the ruffwear web martingale collar in sunset design to give my frenchie a rest from his harness, but usual buckle up collars whilst fine around the neck, tend to slip over his head, so wanted a half check that could at least tighten if needed to keep it safely on him. Pattern is lovely and webbing seems very strong, all in all looks very well made. He’s worn it a few times and it definitely tightens enough to stop the collar slipping over his head, whilst also fitting around his large neck comfortably without strangling him. Very pleased.”
