About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I bought the kurgo G train bag for my blind dog. I have had a less expensive bag off another, well known selling platform- and whilst it served its purpose- this one from mountain dog is by far more ergonomic- we can go much further on our walks now without my shoulder and back hurting. Well worth the investment”

“We ordered the Rukka Thermal Overall in Burgundy and the Rukka Protect Overall in grey for our 17-month-old Labrador Retriever. Both products are excellent, very well made, easy to get on and zip up, and extremely sturdy (even for a hyperactive labrador). A good tight fit on the Thermal, as you would hope, whereas the Protect is a little looser meaning it can be worn at all times of the year. At first, our dog was a little hesitant to walk, but once he realised he still had full freedom he was very happy in both overalls. After buying countless coats which would slip off or provide no protection, I would not hesitate to recommend Mountain Dog to all - though a little pricey, they are well worth every penny.”

“Camille absolutely LOVES her new frisbee! It's great since it's lightweight, which means that we can play indoors on rainy days. She also loves swimming, so it's excellent to have a toy that doesn't sink to the bottom when I throw it into the lake for her to retrieve. Happily, it survived the washing machine too after being pooped on by another dog on our walk the other day (gorgeous image, I know!). In short, the frisbee is as practical as it is fun!”
