About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Fantastic customer service. I ordered a harness which didn’t fit and the exchange service was excellent, easy and efficient! I received the correct harness within a couple of days of returning the previous one. The harness itself is brilliant and Sansa is comfortable wearing it.”

If the item is still to big, we are happy to go through the steps to get you a new fit for your furry friend. Please note that if you choose to go with a full refund, there will be a postage charge of £3.99 if you use our label. The way this will work is that when your return lands, we will deduct £3.99 from the refunded item. For example, if you have spent £53.99, we will refund you £50.00. Alternatively, you can use your postage label which we will then provide the full refund of the item. Your other alternative is that you apply for an exchange. The exchange process is free and just as quick! Whichever option you choose, we aim to process your request the same day as your return lands.
