About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“I had been looking for a decent rainwear coat for my golden retriever without having to break the bank. Found a good range of Ruffwear coats on your site that were not extortionately priced. Sizing was clear and the coat arrived quickly. Happy owner and dog now less of a chore to dry after our walks as the coat actually covers his length and stays on. Recommend.”

“Ordered two leads and collars , arrived really quick, however one lead ordered was wring length, my fault, that had been returned and refund process already started and e mailed recieved, will re order correct length lead once recieved refund.”

“Needed a light weight rain coat for my hound that I could carry in my pocket. Had a look around at options and went for the None Stop Fjord jacket. Excellent service from Mountain Dog. Good communication, quick delivery a good online experience. The coat itself was ordered following the web site guide for size (video was very useful for measuring). It “just fits and in hindsight I would have gone up a size as I didn’t figure my dog wearing the coat on top of his harness (dog is 32” to the shoulder and 42kg in weight). However it’s no biggy as he can wear the coat under the harness. It’s a great coat, throughly recommended. Fits in a large jacket pocket and saves using two bath towels to dry the dog if we are caught out in a down poor. Excellent experience and recommended. Well done mountain dog 👍🏻”

“Initially the coat wasn’t in stock but I selected to be contacted when it was and they emailed straight away. The coat is perfect to keep a larger dog dry and is really well made. Great to deal with and quick delivery- can’t ask for more !”
