“lLooked around on different sites came across Jupiter blue rang them the told them what I wanted dealt with martin service unbeatable arrived and now fitted perfect thank you Jupiter blue team”

“Made to measure loft hatch was well made and finished to a good level. A lot better quality than I had expected. After sales service excellent also. Loft hatch delivered on Thursday supposed to come with pole and key but did not. Spoke to them Friday, they apologised and said it will be with you Monday. It was delivered Monday morning before noon. Their product and service is excellent.”

“Arrived quickly, however did not notice damage to frame corner, fortunately was to be used in garage ceiling so not of great importance. Some fitting instructions might be useful to some people. Better packaging for corners would be advisable as cardboard box didn't appear damaged. OK but fire resistant pad is easily damaged, could do with some protection to prevent becoming spoilt. No screws.”

“The only thing that did not go right and only a minor thing the email telling me my item had been dispatched turned up two days after the item was actually delivered. not sure what happend. The item was as described but I have not yet fitted item so cannot comment. The item has been in service now for 4 years and is an execellent quality product would use them again.”

“I found what I wanted with easy and at a good price. When I went looking locally I could not find the size I needed and was told that no one made one the size I needed so would have to make do. When I found this site I found you can get any size you want and even made to measure. Take it from me this is the site to use.”

“Ordered a made to measure loft hatch and a standard size ladder. The people I spoke with were very helpful and the goods were supplied within the timescale I was given. The products look to be of real quality and were easily fitted by my builder. Overall an easy company to deal with, that delivered a quality made to order product. I would use again.”

“From beginning to the end I have been so very pleased with Jupiter Blue, I do not normally write reviews unless I receive excellent service, and I have, I was kept fully informed and deep discussion to ensure I was ordering what was required, the product is brilliant, fits perfectly, I cannot recommend the product and the guys from Jupiter Blue highly enough, thank you very much, I am so very pleased with my bespoke loft hatch and already a friend is going to order one for their place, thank you guys!”

“We were clearing the loft and noticed how damp everything was which was probably caused by condensation as there were water droplets on the roofing felt. Obviously warm damp air was getting into the loft and condensing on the felt. One place it could have been from was our old loft hatch which was a very poor fit, and not really fit for purpose. We went on line and found Jupiter Blue who make bespoke loft hatches. They are a fantastic company to deal with, very friendly and helpful, so we ordered one to our specification. It duly arrived on time a week later, we fitted it the next day (it needs two people); it's a piece of cake to fit and looks great. We are extremely pleased with the product, should have done it years ago. Many thanks to you Martin and your team. Kind regards.”
