“Replacing timber framed ugly old hatch with sleek low profile access hatch does wonders for the appearance of our kitchen ceiling. Well made and blemish free and, for a custom size, delivered very promptly!”

“Purchased a bespoke sized plasterboard, wall fitting access panel. Prior to placing order spoke to company to get help in making sure I was ordering correct size, and was given very friendly and easily understandable advice. The product turned up within the quoted timescale,; well packed, and via tracked courier. The panel is very substantial in build quality. All round very good experience, and would order from them again if ever required.”

“Ordered on friday and received the following wednesday. One of the corners of the metal inspection hatch was bent, but I hammered it out. The spare key I ordered was not in the package, so I phoned and they were very nice and put it in the post for next day delivery. Overall, they make a good quality product and have excellent customer service, which counts for a lot these days.”

“Prompt and very efficient service. Arrived when it was supposed to. Tidy looking and profesionaly made. Only drrawbac if any, is the fact that you have to drill holes to mount it yourself. Small screw covers may improve look. Other than that -Excellent !”

“Good delivery for made to measure item. Good quality product, Easy to install and operate. Would recommend buyer to check that any existing loft ladder will have sufficient clearance from insulated loft door when deployed.”

“Product arrived in good time, well-packaged, intact. Whilst the items were of reasonable quality, the product is not quite the premium product which I was looking for, and for which I was willing to pay a corresponding price. Anyway, I would use Jupiter Blue again in future.”
