“Our purchase of a loft hatch has been a good experience. Very quick delivery, item was packed well and is just what we wanted. The only reason for not giving 5* is that the white finish is a bit of a yellow white. Not as clean brigth white as I would have liked, other than that it is perfect, easy to fit and a very neat flush finish.”

“I ordered a replacement loft access pole used to open the excellent access hatch. On delivery I discovered the lock mechanism had changed in the intervening period and the new pole no longer operated my older loft access hatch. The Jupiter Blue support team were very understanding of my predicament and have offered to see if my older pole version still exists in the factory or failing that see if the new lock version can be sourced and sent to me so that I can replace the older lock and thus have access to my loft. I am waiting for their further update.”

“Jupiter Blue's website is clear and easily navigable. Selections of products are easy to choose, and the range of products is very good, too. The technical descriptions are clear and very useful. Ordering is easy. It is very useful that payments can be made through PayPal (much less to fill in). The customer service is excellent. I got a very clear and friendly positive response to a request I made through their website contact page (concerning a delivery coordination question). I bought a custom made loft hatch and a loft ladder. When we first phoned customer service about some detail/recommendation, we got very helpful and useful advice, as well. The company website gives very clear guidance as to how to measure the required sizes, and the ready product was true to a mm. Illustrations are exhaustive and totally excellent. Delivery was just as expected. The hatch was easy to fit. Perfection in every way.”

“Product (loft hatch) arrived the day before the expected delivery date, well packed and not damaged, therefore no complaints from that point of view. The reason for not giving five stars, was that delivery company texted me an hour before delivering the loft hatch, I was not at home. I then received another text to say the parcel was delivered and left at number 1. When I arrived home, called at number 1 and they knew nothing about it. Tried number 1 in the next road, they knew nothing about it. Contacted Jupiter who said they would contact the delivery company for clearer instructions. Anyway two days later, I went around to the side of the house and there it was, left over the side gate. Frustrating, but all's well that ends well I guess.”
