“Ordered the made to measure loft hatch. Fitted and working perfectly 30 mins after the delivery driver drove off. Took me longer to unpack it (very well packed) than fit it. Would recommend the product and the company in a heartbeat. Looks fantastic. Many thanks.”

“I've been looking for a loft hatch for some time, but the old one was not a standard size, so I was pleased to find this company that make 'Made to measure' hatches. After placing my order, I received good communication from Jupiter Blue on the progress of my order and expected delivery date. The item arrived as scheduled and I was immediately impressed by the care that was taken to secure it's safe delivery. The hatch it's self is of very good quality and very smart looking. A lot better than the wood one that was previously in place. The measurements matched my order to the mm and it slotted nicely into place. Overall, very impressed with the company and the product and would be willing to recommend to anyone. Many thanks to the team at Jupiter Blue Ltd.”

“I had a custom roof space hatch made by Jupiter Blue. The workmanship is first class, I cannot fault it in any way. The price was great as well for a custom made product. They forgot to send the opening pole but they shipped it immediately and I received it the next day. Certainly, for the product I purchased I would highly recommended Jupiter Blue.”

“I ordered a loft hatch, it arrived today in good condition before the due date at a competitive cost and quite well made exactly to my sizes. Slightly over packaged using polystyrene foam which cannot be recycled in my area - something to look at in the future!”

“Quick delivery despite being a bespoke item and it was well packaged. Would have been better if the website mentioned that a key on a pole was not included. Or maybe it would be better to automatically provide a key on a short pole as I now have to stand on a stool to open the trap. There were no installation instructions but even as a non-professional DIYer I managed it. But I would have found it easier to install if it was possible to fit the frame first and then add the door. The catch is not easy to open and close as it grinds against the inner frame so it may wear or perhaps rust in future as like most lofts, mine is cold and damp. Incidentally it did that before and after installation so it's not that I've installed it badly and the joists are all level and square. All in all it's a good quality product and much smarter and better insulated than the wooden trap I had before.”

“This is a fantastic custom made loft hatch! Once the structural work was done in the loft which took a couple of hours, 10 minutes and the loft hatch was fixed in position and locking. Absolute dawdle to fit. Certainly recommend these guys for a fantastic service and a quality product. If I ever need another loft hatch for a future venture, these guys are getting the business”

“Excellent service, kept informed via e-mail of every step of the transaction. Very good value for money i.e. Loft hatch. Fast delivery. Had a small problem them with loft hatch catch, contacted Jupiter blue and this was replaced there was no hesitation in solving the Problem. Highly recommended and would purchase from this company again. Nice to receive good customer service.”

“Pleased with purchase. Well made and arrived two days earlier than expected. Had thought of also buying an opening pole, but the description of the hatch stated, under Lock Options, that for a standard lock: "Pole included as standard". I actually received a key for the lock. Since the poles cost ?27.00, I'd thought it was too good to be true, and therefore am happy to give five stars. Update: After posting my review I received communications from Jupiter Blue confirming I should have received an opening pole, and one was sent promptly.”
