“So far, so good! Good product range, fair pricing, easy to order and pay online, delivery came when it said it would and the goods are exactly as described. Quality items, should do the job just fine. Not fitted yet, so I can't comment on the operation of the doors, but nothing to suggest they will be anything other than good.”

“After our old loft hatch fell open and clobbered me, we decided that it was time for a new one. Unfortunately our hatch is not a standard size, so we needed a bespoke size, finding such a thing is not easy. Jupiter Blue were happy to produce a hatch to our measurements and it arrived a week after being ordered. Fitting was fairly straightforward and my only problem was that trying to manoeuvre a fairly heavy metal hatch into an aperture way above head height required a bit of swearing, balancing on ladders, physical dexterity and help from my long suffering wife. In place the hatch looks really excellent and is easy to operate with the pole provided. My only slight criticism is that the hatch has fixing holes for 12 screws, yet only 5 were provided. However, the hatch is accurately sized, well made and looks a heck of a lot better than the old lump of painted chipboard that it replaced.”

“Ordered slim bespoke size access panel and it arrived within the time given. Panel looks good! One of the corner joins looks a bit grey, like it?s partially painted, but it?s an access panel and you?d have to really look to notice that. My only niggle/feedback is it?d be good to be able to confirm all specifications once the item is in the basket. For example, I thought I ordered the door to hinge on long side, but it must have reset half way to say to hinge on short side. I should have picked it up when I checked the invoice & asked to change it, but I just assumed all is as I specified on the original form. Oh well...”

“Good quality product, easy to fit and looks good. Well packed and delivered with no damage. Didn't receive any fitting instructions and only received six screws for twelve holes. Fitting was straightforward with two people and I had some 4x30 screws on hand to use for the other holes. Product was made to measure and fits very well”

“I ordered a made to measure. Arrived before promised, so that was a bonus. I took down my old wooden loft hatch door and surroundings and had the new one up in under 45 minutes. I did it by myself except my wife held the new door in place whilst I secured 3 screws and then I completed the rest by myself. Looks great. Marvellous even.”
