“This is a fantastic custom made loft hatch! Once the structural work was done in the loft which took a couple of hours, 10 minutes and the loft hatch was fixed in position and locking. Absolute dawdle to fit. Certainly recommend these guys for a fantastic service and a quality product. If I ever need another loft hatch for a future venture, these guys are getting the business”

“Excellent service, kept informed via e-mail of every step of the transaction. Very good value for money i.e. Loft hatch. Fast delivery. Had a small problem them with loft hatch catch, contacted Jupiter blue and this was replaced there was no hesitation in solving the Problem. Highly recommended and would purchase from this company again. Nice to receive good customer service.”

“Bought a bespoke loft hatch. It was exactly the size I ordered. It was well packed and the instructions were easy to follow. I found it very easy to fit and wifey says it looks great.”

“Pleased with purchase. Well made and arrived two days earlier than expected. Had thought of also buying an opening pole, but the description of the hatch stated, under Lock Options, that for a standard lock: "Pole included as standard". I actually received a key for the lock. Since the poles cost ?27.00, I'd thought it was too good to be true, and therefore am happy to give five stars. Update: After posting my review I received communications from Jupiter Blue confirming I should have received an opening pole, and one was sent promptly.”

“Very easy to use site. Delivery was a day early. Very well packed. The box had two cuts in the under side & no damage due to the packing. Fitted between the joists, no packing required just screwed to joist. Installation time from box to ceiling 3 mins Very good product Thank you”

“I had been looking for a quality 4 metre loft ladder and found this company online. From the begining the advice and technical support was excellent and having now received the product it to is excellent, well made and will last a lifetime. Installation was easy but it is a two man job as it is not light but the counterbalance mechanism makes it easy to us once installed.”

“Odd size loft opening but no issues with ordering over the phone. Measurements given and payment was advised of delivery date and item arrived one day earlier than stated date. Item arrived with two large holes in packaging but due to the way item had been secured inside there was no damage to the unit. Size exact to what was stated.”

“Ordered made to measure drop down loft hatch. I am a desk jockey and even I found this item easy to fit. 2 man job to fit bit went in easily. Needed packers for two of the sides (to be expected). Looks great and more to the point my miss is very pleased.”

“Ordered a made to measure drop down hatch and followed the measuring instructions given on Jupiter Blue website. Hatch arrived a day earlier than estimated which was a pleasant surprise ! Packaging was superb and the hatch itself was a real work of art. Excellently made and fitted into my loft opening perfectly. Took approximately 10 minutes to fit and looks stunning ! I would not hesitate to recommend Jupiter Blue to anyone looking for a custom made loft hatch. These guys are the best ! Gaz, Liverpool.”
