“loft access hatch appears to provide the draught proofing required, it has been in place for two weeks now. The slimness is appreciated as it is situated in the hall of a bungalow and does not create an eyesore. Fitting instructions were good. Five stars would have been awarded but delivery was stated to be one date and then the confirmation showed the following day(did arrive as initially advised) delivery company didnt send e mail to confirm slot.I am unsure whether jupiter had any influence or control of this.”

“I ordered a loft hatch which was sent the same day, plus I got the adilty to track my order. Product first class and took me just 10 mins to fit, which was great as I am not a DIY, ER.”

“I was worried about the measurements but had lots of help over the phone. The hatch arrived on time and well packed. It went up in minutes and looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.”
