“Custom hatch was as described on the web site and very well made. Much cheaper than some of the alternatives on other websites and I would use them again without hesitation. An email to tell me it had been despatched would have been nice, but it did arrive with the time scale promised.”

“I ordered a made to measure hatch the order process was excellent, the product is very good I had to remove a star as I was never contacted to confirm the item had been dispatched as promised when I ordered the item. I was annoyed I had to go to my post local office to pick it up.”

“This is the second loft hatch I?ve bought from Jupiter blue and I wouldn?t hesitate to buy another, quality is very good and they look so much nicer than the old wooden hatch we had before, and so easy to fit.”

“Arrived exactly on the date stated. I ordered a bespoke hatch which was very easy to Install. I recommend two people at least at the start to secure the frame in place. The hatch is a perfect replacement for an old wooden one, It looks very good in situ. I am very happy with the product and the service i received.”
