“The loft hatch is nicely made and was easy to install (with a second pair of hands to help). Minor gripe (hence four rather than five stars) is that the latch snags on the foil covering the insulation; otherwise very pleased with the product. A neat clean finish.”

“I ordered a replacement loft access pole used to open the excellent access hatch. On delivery I discovered the lock mechanism had changed in the intervening period and the new pole no longer operated my older loft access hatch. The Jupiter Blue support team were very understanding of my predicament and have offered to see if my older pole version still exists in the factory or failing that see if the new lock version can be sourced and sent to me so that I can replace the older lock and thus have access to my loft. I am waiting for their further update.”

“I like the vanity unit very much. It is a good colour, it is very stylish and well built. It isn?t fitted in my new house yet. I was a bit frustrated with the delivery notifications as the delivery date kept changing. It was eventually delivered but not in the time slot I was given.”

“loft access hatch appears to provide the draught proofing required, it has been in place for two weeks now. The slimness is appreciated as it is situated in the hall of a bungalow and does not create an eyesore. Fitting instructions were good. Five stars would have been awarded but delivery was stated to be one date and then the confirmation showed the following day(did arrive as initially advised) delivery company didnt send e mail to confirm slot.I am unsure whether jupiter had any influence or control of this.”

“I painstakingly sifted through about a thousand available loft hatches before settling on this one. The hatch opening has been moved from the bathroom to the landing and I originally wanted a wooden hatch with fold down ladders but didn't have the space required for that installation. This one was the right size for the landing and one of the better looking plastic hatches on the market. If anything, the hatches seem a little flimsy before installation but fix up solid enough. Worth noting that new plaster boards have been fitted over the existing plaster at our house, making the gap between ceiling and joists thicker than usual. Unfortunately, the hatch lip which rises into the loft joists wasn't deep enough for me to screw directly into the joists so I had to bolt some flat brackets into the frame in order to screw through. Overall, decent product and worth the money.”

“Product arrived in good time, well-packaged, intact. Whilst the items were of reasonable quality, the product is not quite the premium product which I was looking for, and for which I was willing to pay a corresponding price. Anyway, I would use Jupiter Blue again in future.”

“Our purchase of a loft hatch has been a good experience. Very quick delivery, item was packed well and is just what we wanted. The only reason for not giving 5* is that the white finish is a bit of a yellow white. Not as clean brigth white as I would have liked, other than that it is perfect, easy to fit and a very neat flush finish.”

“Having never heard of this company I was unsure what to expect but the Inspection Hatch looked a nice clean design and was of the size I wanted. From ordering to delivery the whole experience was very good and very prompt. The hatch was well packed and lived up to my needs. The hatch could do with fixing holes on all four sides as I'm sure others will be like me who found my walls were not as square as they should be and so the hatch needed extra support. It wasn't difficult to drill the required extra holes.”

“The hatch arrived pretty quickly, but I was suprised to find no paperwork with it whatsoever. It wasn't particularly well protected in transit, so I feel I was quite lucky for it to have arrived without a mark. Perhaps they feel they can trust their chosen courier? The lack of fitting instructions won't be an issue as it will be easy enough, but I chose this particular hatch as it is compliant with building regs for new build, so I was expecting something in black and white to say that. I can always print off the eBay listing, I guess, but that's not particularly professional. The hatch itself is good. A nice moulded edge and a nice finish so it will look good when fitted. They offer a good range of sizes and insulation values, but just a shame it's lacking the professional finish to their service.”
