“This roof access hatch was recommended by my roofing company on this website. Loads of banners on the website (which was easy to use) offering free shipping, but when I went to order a delivery charge was added!!! One of my pet hates, don?t state it?s free shipping unless you mean ?free shipping?, which is why it?s 4*. I?m pleased with the product and it arrived on time. Contacted customer service who did respond in a timely manner but didn?t address my complaint about the shipping charge. I like that the company make a donation to charity and overall am pleased.”

“Well built handsome unit. Only catch is the latch. While it holds the flap up it is not flush with the frame so it looks like it is about to drop. Spoils the effect somewhat.”

“We were most impressed with the loft hatch. It came on time although the box was very damaged and we were concerned the hatch would be but the packaging was perfect. The only reason we have not given this a 5 star rating is because we would have liked an update when the item was out for delivery.”

“Excellent product (Custom Loft hatch) and arrived well packaged and with a perfect fit. My only gripe is the very slow delivery and no information on dispatch or tracking of item...I had no idea when it was due to be delivered.”

“Found the website to be well laid out and easy to use. A query over my purchase was handled efficiently by email and phone. The product was delivered on time. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my item, but the matter was dealt with very helpfully and efficiently and resulted in a replacement being sent. Got there in the end and now very please with my new loft ladder!”

“I haven't fitted this yet - but it looks pretty straightforward. Prompt, simple efficient ordering process and delivery, though. I had one technical question answered verbally prior to purchase by their sales team and the salesman's knowledge of the product impressed m. This led me to make the purchase in the knowledge that back up is available if I require it.”

“I purchased the combined heavy-duty loft catch with pole, and was initially disappointed that the pole couldn't operate the catch. Phone up Jupiter Blue and they promptly sent out the correct pole on next-day delivery. Impressed by customer service and would purchase from them again.”
