“Found what I was looking for small access panel for a media wall. 100x150mm hinged white plastic. Can be painted same as the wall. But customer wanted left white. Website is easy to use. Have used them before and will use them again.”

“Very happy custormer! bought a bespoke slimpan access panel. It was cut perfectly and therefore fitted as required. The quality of the product is great and the people with whom I have corresponded have all been lovely. A highly recommended company.”

“Received great service from the team at Jupiter Blue (David) - Had a small issue with a lock on a new hatch, called the team and they immediately dispatched a new one with a more sturdy key and arranged collection of the faulty unit. “Best price going for a loft hatch! Was exactly the design we were looking for. They also sell the loft hatch poles at a great price compared to other companies. These are usually really hard to find!! Only negetive was that the estimated delivery dates were very long but ended up coming after a week or so. I did call up to check this- company were really easy to get hold of and very helpful. They confirmed the delivery dates and it arrived exactly when they said on call. Would definitely order again from here and recommend!”

“I ordered a loft hatch on the 21st of April and as it stands on the 8th of May I have still not received my order. I noticed that with the order confirmation it states that orders received after 1500 hour will be dispatched the following working day. My order must be coming on the back of a tortoise I would not be rushing to use this company again”

The machinery responsible for operating the tools for this product experienced a complete breakdown, which caused a delay in the final stage of production.
