“Your offer, your platform and your customer services are quite good, however your shortage of some supplies, such as crossovers and skirted leotards, which has been for a couple of months has been very frustrating.”

“Parcel was just left behind bin, with no note left! Only found by chance today! Think the Royal Mail should of either left a card, or sent email to say where it was! Fourtunatly weather has been kind this week, so no damage done!”

“Speed of arrival was fantastic. You might need to speak to your delivery company as the boxes were completely battered to bits. One was completely ripped apart and open. The man never even apologies when he dropped off.”

“Just wish you would sort delivery times . Paying extra for nexts day delivery is fine, but ....we never get it next day ...4 to 5 days later .so I don't pay that anymore. You used to be better on delivery times .this now makes me look at other options, we're as before you would be my go to first .for uniform and costumes. But I. Very happy with the quality and choice is getting much better thank you .”

I am sorry you are having problems with delivery times. We despatch the same day if the order comes in before 3pm but once the courier takes the parcel we have no control over their delivery times. If you are expecting a delivery and don't get it please contact customer services who will try to chase it up for you.

“Pleasant staff.Unfortunately several items out of stock. Your own make Ballet shoes LBTLR although correct in length are too narrow around toe area and if you go up a size are then too big.”

“Good range of products at competitive prices but let down by very high postage compared to similar companies. Only company that I use that does not display prices inclusive of VAT. It is irritating to constantly have to work out full price.”

Thank you for the review and your custom over the years. It is good to hear that you appreciate the range and value of our goods. As we are a wholesale company with customers all over the world we display prices without the VAT as the rate varies from country to country. As far as the shipping costs are concerned we have a sliding scale of charges depending on the value of your order, with free delivery on orders over £75 in the UK. By doing this we can keep the cost of the goods down rather than inflating the product prices to cover the shipping as many companies do.

“We are living the 1st position costumes: fit, fabric, quality are great. As figure skaters, we would need more long sleeves options and matching costumes for boys and men. We love the fact that we can get the same costume for the whole synchro team. Sequins are always a problem on ice since they present a safety hazard if an ice skater skates on it. Glittery fabrics or plain fabrics we could customise with rhinestones would be great!”

“We have traded from IDS from the very first days when Ann was in a room in a House in Liverpool.. We have seen it grow and grow into your lovely Company today... We are now finding that its hard to buy products from you ...to sell to our customers, dance schools and their students... as you now sell to Dance Schools at the same prices as us ... leaving us unable to sell and make any profit... We would like to ask if there is a possibility ,that you may take this into consideration and give your registerd Retailers a better rate of discount to that of Dance Schools ? “I have used IDS for years! I am reasonably happy with the service... I find ordering online painfully slow and quite frustrating. The goods are high quality and arrive within a couple of days of ordering. More information Re OUT OF STOCK GOODS would be helpful.... to place a back order not knowing if it will appear in 2 weeks/2 months or longer is not great re dealing with waiting customers! But on the whole i am a happy customer.”
